Yoga with Brie

Yoga improves strength, balance, flexibility, sleep, breathing, and cardiovascular health all while reducing stress and decreasing your pains.

Choose a 50 minute private session or small group (2-5 people) session.

Brie (with the input of BPT clinicians) has developed routines sure to benefit everyBODY, no matter the level of experience.

Personal Training & Group Fitness

Our 30 minute routines focus on improving strength, balance, functional coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. All routines are modified per individual skill level and can be performed at home, the gym, anywhere.

Pre & Postnatal Fitness

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends that pregnant women engage in a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. Pre and postnatal exercise reduces back pain, decreases pregnancy risk factors, and improves bowel and bladder function. At the same time, certain exercises should be avoided during and directly after pregnancy.

Want a glimpse of treatment as a BPT patient? In Posture 101, we provide a 30 minute summary of how poor posture affects the body, education in correct standing and sitting alignment, and how to best address posture deviations.

Stretching 101

Curious of what homework BPT patients receive? Stretching 101 is a quick 10 minute daily stretching routine (taught in 30 minutes) to improve overall function.

Managing Chronic Pain/Illness

COMING SOON! Managing Chronic Pain/Illness is catered to BPT patients. It is a more detailed, 2 hour class addressing the vicious cycle of chronic pain and illness. Here, participants learn how to better their overall physical and mental health to get back to the life that they want to live. BPT is not promoting a cure here, we simply are providing participants with tools to improve the foundation of their body and mind for a better daily fight.
